Cassidy Fredericksen

Cassidy Fredericksen, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at St. David's Center for Child and Family Development since March 2023. Previously, Cassidy worked at the Minnesota Autism Center from July 2016 to March 2023, progressing from a Behavioral Therapist Mental Health Practitioner to a Human Resources Specialist focused on payroll and benefits, and an HR Assistant responsible for employee relations, training, and recruitment. Early career experiences include roles at Dakota Harvest Bakers as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and at Anytime Fitness as a Membership Sales Manager. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota, attained in 2016.
