Joel Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and IT within the child and family development sector. Currently serving as a QPO Data Analyst at Youth Law Center since October 2022, Joel has previously held various roles at St. David's Center for Child and Family Development, including IT Database Administrator, IT Business Analyst and EMR Specialist, Medical Records Business Analyst, CORE Coordinator, and Payer Relations Temporary Assistant, from June 2012 to the present. Earlier, Joel gained foundational experience as an HR Intern at the same organization in 2012. Joel Bauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota between 2009 and 2012.
