Director Of Learning And Evaluation at St. David's Foundation

Ellie Coplin has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Ellie began their career at Overland Summers as a Summer Adventure Leader from 2005 to 2008. Ellie then worked as a Bilingual Reproductive Health Specialist at Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. from September 2007 to March 2008. Following this, Ellie interned as an Executive Intern at Any Baby Can Child and Family Resource Center from August 2008 to June 2009. Ellie then joined the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Research Assistant from August 2009 to April 2011. Ellie then worked at Cardea Services as a Project/Research Manager from May 2011 to August 2013. Ellie'smost recent role was at St. David's Foundation, where they worked in various positions, including Evaluation Officer from September 2013 to October 2019, Sr. Evaluation and Learning Officer from October 2019 to April 2023, and currently as the Director of Learning and Evaluation.

Ellie Coplin completed their education at two institutions. Ellie obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Population and Family Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Ellie Coplin has also obtained certifications in the field. Ellie became an Emergent Learning Practitioner through Fourth Quadrant Partners, LLC in January 2019, and acquired a CCAT - Core Capacity Assessment Tool certification from TCC Group in May 2017.
