Emily Nguyen

Emily Nguyen is a Clinical Dietitian at St. David's HealthCare since June 2023, bringing valuable expertise from previous experience as a Dietetic Intern at The University of Texas Medical Branch from August 2021 to December 2022 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Baylor University from May 2019 to May 2020. Emily holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Metabolism from The University of Texas Medical Branch, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University, earned in May 2021.
