Johanna Peterson

Johanna Peterson (Roland) currently serves as the Division Director of Trauma Operations at St. David's HealthCare, providing oversight on Trauma Quality, Survey Preparedness, and Compliance Education within the HCA CWTX Division. With a rich background in trauma management and education, Johanna has held roles such as Trauma Program Manager at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare and Archbold Medical Center, and has contributed to national initiatives as a member of the ATCN Education Committee for the Society of Trauma Nurses. Educational achievements include an MSN/MBA and BSN from Thomas University, an ADN from Bainbridge College, and ongoing studies for an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Johanna also operates as an owner and artist at Studio J, showcasing a longstanding passion for creative expression.
