Rachel Roupp

Rachel Roupp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community relations, communications, and customer service. Currently serving as a Community Relations Associate at St. Edmund's Academy since August 2021, Rachel has previously held roles such as Sales Assistant and Keyholder at Torrid, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and supporting management in merchandise strategies. Rachel has also worked as a Communications Specialist at Chemistry, editing marketing materials for UPMC Health Plan, and has extensive experience in social media management and content creation through various academic and professional roles, including positions at Chatham University and Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
