Lea Lowry is currently the Assistant Vice President Talent Management & Organizational Performance at St. Elizabeth Physicians. Prior to this, they were with Community Health Network as an HR Generalist. Lea has also worked with St.Vincent Health and Life Masters Inc. in various HR roles.

Lea Lowry has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lea has been instrumental in leading various initiatives related to associate relations, performance management, management development and coaching, policy interpretation, communication and projects. Lea has also played a key role in defining HR processes from 4 health care entities into one, post-merger. This included analysis and revision of all HR policies, new hire orientation, leader training, a selection process including Affirmative Action compliance, and a new Performance Management program including the creation of the forms themselves.

Lea Lowry has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Butler University - Lacy School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Louisville. Lea also has certification from the Society for Human Resources in SHRM-SCP.

Lea Lowry works with Hank Kerschen - Assistant Vice President Primary Care & Clinical Transformation, Ann Beers - Assistant Vice President Medical Specialty, and Dan Cole - Assistant Vice President Medical Specialty. Lea Lowry reports to Robert Prichard, President & Chief Executive Officer.
