Rachele Gale

Rachele Gale has extensive experience in HR and communications, having held roles such as Director of HR & Communications, Head of HR, and Head of HR Operations at St Elizabeth's. Prior to that, Rachele worked at the University of Westminster as an Organisational Development Partner and HR Manager. Additionally, Rachele served as HR and Facilities Manager at London North Learning & Skills Council. Rachele also has experience as a Recruitment Transformation Project Lead.
