Roxanna Valdez

Roxanna Valdez is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center since January 2023, Roxanna previously held the position of Human Resources Director at UHS from January 2021 to January 2023. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director at Wellpath from February 2010 to March 2021. Roxanna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Emmanuel College (Boston), completed in August 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, earned in 2019.
