Craig Huse

Craig Huse is a seasoned hospitality professional with a solid career spanning several decades. Since February 1993, Craig Huse has served as CEO of Huse Culinary, alongside a role as President and Co-Owner of St. Elmo Steak House since February 1997. In 2012, Craig Huse became the Founding President of St. Elmo Cocktail Sauce, a brand specializing in bottled cocktail sauce for seafood resale in grocery stores. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Houston's in Rockville, MD from 1992 to 1993. Craig Huse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University, completed in 1992, and is an alumnus of Bloomington H.S. South, graduating in 1988.
