Richard Edwards has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College since January 2017, Richard also holds the position of General Manager at St. Elmo Steak House since November 2015. Prior roles include Executive Director of Restaurant Operations at Hakkasan Group and Vice President of Operations for The Oceanaire Seafood Room, where Richard oversaw west coast operations and provided mentorship to company partners and managers. Richard's management experience also includes positions at McCormick and Schmick, New World Ship Management, and Double Tree Hotels. Richard holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Missouri State University.
