Chee Hwee Ong

Chee Hwee Ong has extensive experience in the defense sector, currently serving in business development for Unmanned & Integrated Systems at ST Engineering since October 2019. Prior to this role, Chee Hwee Ong worked with the Republic of Singapore Navy from January 2004 to August 2019, holding positions including Head of Unmanned/Robotics Systems at WARCEN and Capability Development Officer for C4ISR. Chee Hwee Ong began a career in the Navy in January 1993, which included duties onboard ships and at the Squadron Headquarters. Academic qualifications include a master's degree in Above Water Sensors from the Naval Postgraduate School, a master's degree in Defence Technology & Science from the National University of Singapore, a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, and a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
