Edward Yeo

Edward Yeo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and HR Lead for Mission Software & Services at ST Engineering since March 2023, Edward has previously held significant positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Development at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. Edward has contributed to crisis management initiatives, HR digital solutions, and airport COVID operations. A strong background in scientific recruitment and talent management was developed during Edward's tenure at A*STAR, along with experience in employee relations and business support at SMRT Corporation Ltd and ComfortDelGro. Edward's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Management from The London School of Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Edward has received multiple honors, including the COO Above and Beyond Award and Singapore Health Awards.
