Prior experience includes positions at NCS Group as Director of Customer Delivery Engagement and at the National Healthcare Group as Deputy Director, where responsibilities encompassed the management of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record Program. Additionally, Melvin held senior roles at IBM Global Services and Computer Sciences Corporation, overseeing significant projects and teams across Asia.
