Siddhi Raman

Siddhi Raman is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at ST Engineering since January 2024. Previous roles include a learning and development analyst at GIC from February to September 2023, and an associate in learning and development at Secretlab from July to November 2022. Siddhi served as a management trainee in human resources at Under Armour South APAC from June 2021 to June 2022 and completed an associate internship at Mapped Search from February to May 2021. Experience also includes serving as a teaching assistant for the OBHR204 course at Singapore Management University, managing administrative tasks and conducting workshops. Siddhi's career began with an internship in human resources talent management and learning at adidas, where responsibilities included overseeing training workshops and redesigning recruitment processes. Siddhi's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Organizational Behaviour Human Resources from Singapore Management University, completed in 2021.
