Xian Ching Yeow

Xian Ching Yeow is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in engineering and business management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at ST Engineering since April 2019, Xian develops and implements the company's technology strategy while leading research and development efforts. Previously, Xian held the position of Assistant Vice President, overseeing the marine systems engineering and design department, and was responsible for maritime decarbonization strategies. As Commercial Shipbuilding Manager, Xian managed costing and pricing for new construction programs and played a key role in contract negotiations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Marine Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
