Mary Schichtel serves as the Executive Administrative Coordinator at St. Francis House since March 2008, collaborating closely with the President & CEO to ensure effective internal and external communication and fostering an environment conducive to leadership. Prior to this role, Mary held positions as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Benefits Coordinator, where responsibilities included creating optimal conditions for executive efficiency and managing employee benefit plans. Mary's previous experience also includes over 20 years at Aviva Life Insurance Company as a Marketing & Communications Professional, contributing to production goals and managing communications for field partners. Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston.
