Denise Baker, MSN, RN has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Denise started their career at Virtua Health, where they held multiple roles including Nursing Informatics/Project Manager and Clinical Analyst. In these positions, they developed training materials and provided onsite training to clinicians, trained a total of 184 clinicians on point of service documentation, and supported the implementation of the Homecare EMR application. In 2012, Denise joined St Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ as the Clinical Informatics Director.

We operate a 384-bed acute care hospital, two community-based health clinics, and one of the largest and busiest private emergency trauma centers in Los Angeles County — treating 84,400 children and adults each year. Last year, more than 5,000 babies were born at SFMC’s Family Life Center, with 875 babies cared for in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Center. Our Healthy Community Initiatives bring health care services to children and families in their schools and neighborhoods. In addition, we operate the Children’s Counseling Center for abused and neglected children, a Health Benefits Resource Center to link individuals and families to health insurance and social service programs, and a broad range of educational and community services programs that improve the health and well-being of children, adults, and seniors throughout our service area.
