Gail Lee has extensive work experience in catering and events management. Gail has served in various roles at different companies. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Banquet Coordinator at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Events and Catering Manager at The University Club of San Francisco. During this time, they managed and booked various events and also oversaw the club's bar and grill. In 2014, they joined Presidio Social Club as a Catering and Events Manager. Gail was responsible for sales, coordination, and execution of events, both on-site and off-site. Since 2015, Gail has held roles at the St. Francis Yacht Club, initially as the Private and Club Events Manager and currently as the Director of Catering and Events.
Gail Lee attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they pursued two degrees simultaneously, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology.
