Preet Banga

Preet Banga currently serves as a Residence Life Coordinator at St. Francis Xavier University, where responsibilities include managing residence staff, addressing student concerns, and implementing community-building initiatives. Previous roles include Research Assistant in the Applied Forensic Psychology Program, where literature reviews and data analysis were conducted, and Community Advisor, developing events to enhance campus community. Preet also interned at Clean Foundation, focusing on climate education, and participated in mental health training with Correctional Service Canada. As a Writing Center Tutor and Project Developer, Preet provided academic support and created the website "Stories of Hope" during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other experiences include volunteering with Nova Scotia Health Authority and serving as a student representative on the Equity Committee. Preet holds a degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.
