Debra Schrader has diverse experience in education, beauty consulting, and supply management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at St. Gabriel's Catholic School since October 2013, Debra also has a long-standing role as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay since 2003. Prior professional experience includes working as a Business Manager in Supply Management at Motorola Semiconductor from April 1995 to June 2004 and as a System Support Trainer/Supervisor at Lotus Development from January 1993 to March 1995, where training and supervision of Technical Support staff were key responsibilities. Debra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
