Kurt Rüegg

Kurt Rüegg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2009. After studying business economics, he worked for UBS AG for 13 years in various functions in Switzerland and abroad, most recently as Chief Credit Officer Switzerland. From 1999 he built Swiss Capital Corporate Finance AG into a leading company in the Swiss M&A market. In 2014 he merged his company with the globally active N + 1 group, which was renamed Alantra AG in 2016. Kurt Rüegg holds the role of Chair of Investment Banking at the Alantra Group, which is listed in Madrid, as well as the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Partner at the Swiss unit.
