Gillian Norton

Gillian Norton joined the Council in 2020. Gillian took up the role of Chair of St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in April 2017, having joined as a non-executive Director in June 2016. Gillian was Chief Executive of Richmond Council from 1999 to 2017.
