Simon Melton

Simon Melton is a seasoned professional in the distillery and spirits industry, currently serving as the Founding Director at St Giles Gin since April 2017, and as the Managing Director of St Giles Distillery since March 2016. Additionally, Simon has been the Owner Director at St. Giles Gin since January 2016. Educational qualifications include a background in Business Management, having studied at the Open University from 2006 to 2008, culminating in a Diploma of Education in Business Management.
