St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's School
Laura McNeill began their work experience in 2012 as a Stylist/Sales Associate at Club Monaco. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Bloomingdale's. In 2014, they worked as a Power Barre Instructor at Pure Motion, followed by roles as a Front Desk Associate and Shop Associate at Equinox. From 2015 to 2017, Laura worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Equinox. In 2017, they joined St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's School as an After-School Enrichment Teacher. Laura then transitioned to become an Assistant Teacher in 2018, Head Kindergarten Teacher in 2020, and currently holds the position of Co-Head Junior Kindergarten Teacher.
Laura McNeill earned a Master's degree in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Dance at Boston Conservatory at Berklee from 2008 to 2012. Their secondary education was at West Morris Mendham High School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained Level II and Level I Fascial Stretch Therapy certifications in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Laura also holds a Hearsaver CPR AED Certification obtained from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in 2014.

St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s School is an independent, Episcopal day school. The school is coeducational and includes Beginners (age 2) through grade 8. As an Episcopal school, we are committed to nurturing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Religious and ethical formation are therefore important components.
