Raymundo Lujan has been actively involved in community development and volunteerism in Oak Park, Sacramento since 1995. As a volunteer with St. HOPE Public Schools and engaged in various projects, Raymundo contributes to the betterment of the community through initiatives such as forming the neighborhood watch, NOPNW, and collaborating with local organizations like OPNA. Additionally, Raymundo is a known community activist, affectionately referred to as Cactus Ray and recognized as the "Mayor of Oak Park." Raymundo's educational background includes attendance at Elk Grove High School and Courtland High School from 1962 to 1966.
