Alex Ho

Alex Ho is the current Senior Sales Manager at ST Hospitality. Prior to this, they were a lecturer at FPT University and Hoa Sen University, where they taught students about tourism and hospitality. Alex has also worked as a production manager at Phoenix Voyages Group and as a Chief Executive Officer at Alexiana Travel Company and Alex Ho Event & Education. In addition, they have also lectured and coached in soft skills, tourism, and hospitality. Their previous work also includes being a M.I.C.E. organizer and customer service coordinator at T.E.Wealth Financial Consultants.

Alex Ho studied English language and literature at the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada (UQAM), before completing a certificate in accounting and business/management at HEC Montréal. They then went on to study for a master's degree in education, multimedia teaching, language and literature at the University of Denis Diderot in Paris, France, before being awarded a certification from the University of Paris 7 in human sciences - degree in education, multimedia teaching, language & linguistic.

They work with Alfred Chiu - Senior Operations Manager (ST Residences), Ng Xin Fang - Senior Operations Manager (ST Signature), and Jolie Nguyen - Senior Sales Manager. Alex Ho reports to Joshua Goh Keng Hong, Chief Operating Officer. and Maya Bunardyn - Sales & Reservation Manager reports to Alex Ho.
