Tamara Marchetta

Tamara Marchetta is a dedicated wellness expert and occupational therapist with extensive experience in patient care and fitness coaching. Currently serving as a wellness expert at Well Me Right since August 2024, Tamara also holds dual positions as an occupational therapist at St. James Parish Hospital and HealthPRO Heritage, providing care for diverse patient populations, including neurologic and orthopedic cases. Additionally, Tamara works as an online fitness coach at PreventOTive Fitness, starting in February 2024. Educationally, Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University (2014-2017).
