Melissa J Aubert, M.ED, MHP, FFT, has a robust educational and professional background in special education and educational leadership. With experience since August 2004 at St. James Parish Public School System, Melissa has held various roles including Director on Special Assignment of the Magnolia Academic Center of Excellence, Student Services Coordinator, and Behavior Strategist. Prior experience includes teaching social studies to middle school students and fourth-grade math and social studies at Assumption Parish School System from 2000 to 2004. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern University A&M and two Master's Degrees: one in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and another in Education with a concentration in Leadership from AIU Online.
