Kathryn Graham

Kathryn Graham is an experienced finance and investment professional currently serving as a member of the Investment Committee at St. James’s Place and as Chair of the Investment Committee at The University of Edinburgh. With a long-standing association with BehaviourLab as a member of the Board and Senior Advisor, Kathryn focuses on reducing biases in decision-making for asset management clients. Kathryn's extensive background includes being a Trustee Emeritus of the Standards Board for Alternative Investments after twelve years as a Founding Trustee, serving on the Advisory Board of Cluny Capital Limited, and holding positions as Chief Investment Officer at Global Pension Corporation and Non-Executive Director at The Pension SuperFund. Kathryn previously held key roles such as Head of Strategy Coordination at the Universities Superannuation Scheme and Chair of the London Board at 100 Women In Finance, along with directorship at BT Pension Scheme Management. Kathryn holds a MA Hons in Economics and Maths from The University of Edinburgh.
