Simon Wilson has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Simon is currently the Head of Strategic Policy - Investment Division at St. James's Place Wealth Management, where they lead on regulatory change initiatives and identifies opportunities and threats for the Investment Proposition. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Senior Manager Regulatory Policy at Aviva from 2016 to 2021. Simon has experience in risk governance management at Friends Provident and regulatory liaison and governance management at AXA UK and AXA Life and AXA Sun Life plc. Simon also worked at Jersey Financial Services Commission as a Banking Manager (Supervision) and at Chase Manhattan / JP Morgan as an Investment Accountant.

Simon Wilson attended De La Salle College from 1983 to 1995. Simon then pursued a BA (Hons) in Accounting at Bournemouth University from 1995 to 1998. Simon furthered their education at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) and obtained a degree in Chartered Wealth Manager.
