Lauren Davids is a seasoned professional in clinical governance and patient safety, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Patient Safety and Quality at St John WA since February 2013. With extensive experience overseeing a team responsible for clinical governance for approximately 900 paramedics and over 6000 clinical volunteers, Lauren has held various leadership roles, including COVID-19 Incident Management Team - Intelligence Cell lead and Acting General Manager of Clinical Services. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Rapid Response Paramedic with the East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust and as a Paramedic for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Basics of COVID-19 Contact Tracing from The Johns Hopkins University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management from the Australian Institute of Police Management, and a Graduate Diploma of Advanced Paramedicine from the University of Tasmania, among others.
