Ulrika Panteón has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Ulrika began their career as a Human Resource Consultant at the Department of Regional Development and Lands. Ulrika then moved on to various roles within the same department, including Finance Officer, Business Development Officer, and Strategic Policy Project Officer.

In 2014, Ulrika joined the Department of Lands - Government of Western Australia as a Business Improvement Specialist and later became the Acting Manager of Business Improvement.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at WA Police, initially as a Senior Business Analyst and later as the Executive Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics, as well as the Assistant Director of Business Intelligence.

Ulrika's most recent position, starting in 2019, is at St John WA, where they have held several positions. Ulrika started as the Head of Business Intelligence, leading a team of analysts and engineers to implement BI methodology and frameworks. Ulrika then became the A/Executive Director of Strategy and Performance and is currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence Planning and Improvement.

Throughout their career, Ulrika has displayed skills in leadership, project management, strategic thinking, and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Ulrika Panteón obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Leadership Emergency Management from the Australian Institute of Police Management (AIPM) in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing, Management, and Research at Curtin University from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their education, they earned a Diploma in Research Journalism and Natural Science from Värmdö Gymnasium between 2003 and 2005.
