Natalie Wilson

Natalie Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at St John Ambulance NT since September 2022, Natalie has previously held key roles such as People & Culture Manager at Brighter Super and Human Resources Manager at Canstruct. With a significant tenure at Bechtel Corporation, Natalie's roles ranged from Project Services Manager for the Al Taweelah Alumina Project to various regional HR management positions across Latin America and Asia Pacific. Academically, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, among other qualifications.
