Oresti Rakkas

Oresti Rakkas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in emergency services, communications, and leadership. Currently serving as a Podcast Producer for Priority Zero Podcast since June 2023, Oresti is dedicated to sharing the stories of First Responders and community members. With extensive experience at St John Ambulance NT since January 2018, Oresti has held multiple roles including Communications Supervisor, Territory Youth Lead, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher. In addition, Oresti contributes as a Volunteer and Public Relations Officer with Disaster Relief Australia. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning Darwin Detector Hire and instructing at Australian Air Force Cadets. Oresti's educational qualifications include a Diploma of International Emergency Medical Dispatch and numerous certifications in emergency communications, training, and leadership, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and community service.
