Rob McManus

Rob McManus has extensive experience in executive management roles within the healthcare and event services sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Transport Services at St John Ambulance (Vic) since June 2010, Rob oversees strategic performance related to Non-Emergency Patient Transport and Court Services Victoria. Previously, Rob held the position of General Manager for Event Health Services, managing operations for over 4,600 public events annually and leading a team of 60 salaried and 2,000 volunteers. Rob's earlier roles include State Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities involved managing a workforce of 2,300 across 55 branches, implementing improved recruitment processes, and achieving significant increases in community service outputs and revenue. Before St John Ambulance, Rob served as Regional Manager for MEND in Australia and held leadership positions in health and fitness facilities, consistently achieving high performance metrics and fostering operational improvements. Rob holds a Diploma of Management from VECCI.
