Karen Burns is a seasoned professional in mental health strategy and engagement with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Engagement at St John of God Health Care since July 2019, Karen is responsible for developing and driving mental health strategy while engaging with stakeholders and communities. As a Board Member at the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors, Karen focuses on providing culturally relevant support for refugees.
