Nicki Hockley

Nicki Hockley currently serves as the Acting Director of Corporate Services and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at St John of God Health Care since March 2022. With a diverse background in human resources, Nicki has held various roles including Employee Experience Business Partner and HR Business Partner at EACH from September 2018 to March 2022, and HR Advisor positions at Connect Health & Community and Monash University. Earlier career experience includes HR roles at John Sands Australia and Carrington Health, where Nicki contributed to improving community health services. Nicki's educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Law from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Labor and Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from RMIT University.
