Rebecca McFadzen

Rebecca McFadzen serves as the Deputy Director of Nursing for Surgical and Procedural Services at St John of God Health Care since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various prominent positions at Epworth from December 2016 to December 2023, including Associate Director of Clinical Services for Perioperative, and completed roles as NUM for both Perioperative Services and CSSD, as well as ANUM for Endoscopy. Rebecca's earlier nursing experience includes an Endoscopy Nurse role at St John of God Health Care from January 2013 to December 2016, and a Registered Nurse position at The Wesley Hospital from January 2009 to January 2013, specializing in both orthopaedic and endoscopy services. Rebecca began a nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Hotel Dieu Hospital in 2008, focusing on acute adult and paediatric mental health. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Trent University and a Certificate IV in Leadership Development from Swinburne University of Technology.
