Sweta Gandhi Gor

Sweta Gandhi Gor is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in staffing, project administration, and HR management. Currently serving at St John of God Health Care since December 2021, Sweta focuses on stakeholder management, HRIS, E-recruitment, HR reporting, and engagement in various HR projects. Prior to this, Sweta worked as a Business Analyst and Project Administrator at Communicare Inc, where responsibilities included data analysis and advising senior management. Sweta also demonstrated expertise as a Human Resources Consultant at Flex Heath Services, managing recruitment processes, and as HR Manager at Rediff.com, supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Earlier experiences include a role as Assistant Manager - Human Resource at Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where duties encompassed recruitment, training, and employee relations. Sweta holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, completing studies from 2004 to 2006.
