Courtney Reames has a diverse work experience history. Courtney started their career as a Sales Director at It's Just Lunch in 2006. Courtney then worked as an Intern at Liz Lapidus PR before becoming an Assistant Account Executive at BBDO in 2007. In 2008, they moved to Young & Rubicam Brands as an Account Executive. In 2010, they joined 22squared as a Client Leadership Senior Executive, eventually becoming a Client Leadership Supervisor in 2012. Courtney then worked at On Ideas as a Management Supervisor from 2013 to 2014, before moving on to become the Director of Digital Strategy in 2015. In 2016, they became the President of the American Marketing Association - Jacksonville Chapter and an Account Director at St. John & Partners. Throughout their career, Courtney has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully led various accounts and projects.

Courtney Reames completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2004, they participated in the Semester At Sea program offered by ISE. Before attending SMU, Courtney Reames completed their high school education at The Bolles School, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
