Wesley Christensen

Wesley Christensen is an experienced project manager specializing in construction and real estate, currently overseeing development and construction in the Colorado Region with St. John Properties, Inc. Since January 2021, Wesley has managed projects, including the Simms Technology Park in Broomfield, and previously handled tenant improvements as Project Manager of Interior Construction. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Construction Manager at Toll Brothers, where Wesley was involved in community development and home construction management. Early career experience encompasses various construction roles, including work as an Apprentice Carpenter and Construction Worker, as well as experience in real estate sales. Wesley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and The Built Environment from the University of Denver.
