Cindy O'Byrne has extensive experience in education, serving as a teacher at St. John the Baptist Catholic School since August 2012, where Cindy currently holds the position of Acting Assistant Principal. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as a teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools from August 1996 to July 2009 and for the Capital School District of Delaware from August 1992 to June 1996. Cindy's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Technology, Educational Leadership, and Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University (2000-2002), as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
