Carly Kibby is a seasoned professional in wellness and health coaching, currently serving as the Training and Capability Lead and Mental Health First Aid Trainer at Hato Hone St John since June 2023. With a diverse background that includes roles as Health Coach & Workshop Presenter at The Mindset Enhancement Coach and Facilitator of Women's Wellness Retreat at Resolution Retreats, Carly has extensive experience in mental health and first aid training, previously working as a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator and Senior First Aid Tutor at St John New Zealand. Carly is also the founder of a personal training and integrative wellness coaching business, while having instructed first aid at Meditrain earlier in their career.
