Connie Duffett

Connie Duffett serves as the Director of Strategy, People and Culture and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at St. John's International Airport Authority since August 2018, previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources, Culture and Social Impact. Connie has extensive experience in human resources management, having worked in various roles including Director of Strategic Human Resources Management at the Newfoundland & Labrador Centre for Health Information, and Director of Strategic Human Resource Management for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Previous positions include Manager of Human Resources at Eastern Health and Human Resources Manager at Western Health, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Connie holds a Master of Employment Relations from Memorial University, a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University.
