Caroline Harrell

Caroline Harrell is an experienced professional in the field of biological sciences and chemistry, with a background in regulatory science, marine mammal conservation, and medical documentation. Currently serving as a Regulatory Scientist I at St. Johns River Water Management District since October 2022, Caroline previously held the position of Marine Mammal Intern at the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission from April to September 2022 and worked as a Medical Scribe at EMR Scribes from February to May 2022. Caroline earned a degree in Biological Science with a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University, completing studies in 2021.
