Catherine Walker

Catherine Walker is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in water resource management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at St. Johns River Water Management District since December 2003, Catherine develops strategies for Minimum Flow and Level (MFL) prevention and recovery, collaborating with local governments and utilities. Catherine has held various leadership roles including Division Director, overseeing a team of approximately fifty professionals, and Assistant Division Director, where responsibilities included supervising and approving work related to consumptive use permitting. Prior positions include Senior Engineer at South Florida Water Management District, Senior Project Manager at Government Services Group, and Water Resources Manager at WCG, Inc., among others. Catherine holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering.
