Melisa Diolosa

Melisa Diolosa has extensive experience in environmental science and project management, currently serving as a Strategic Basin Planner and Senior Project Manager at St. Johns River Water Management District since March 2006. Melisa demonstrates expertise in Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) application review, including mitigation banks, and possesses a thorough knowledge of state environmental criteria and regulations. Melisa has a strong background in project coordination and fieldwork, having worked on significant projects such as the Hearndon Swamp Restoration Project. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist at URS Corporation, Dredging & Marine Consultants, LLC, and BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc., focusing on environmental assessments, compliance, and data collection. Melisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ecology and Marine Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
