P. Scott Laidlaw

P. Scott Laidlaw, P.G. has extensive experience in hydrology and water resource management, with a career spanning multiple organizations since 1984. Notably serving as the Retired Bureau Chief for Water Supply Planning at the St. Johns River Water Management District, Laidlaw oversaw water supply planning to ensure adequate water availability while protecting Florida's natural resources. Previous roles include Senior Hydrologist at the District, Senior Consultant/Hydrogeologist at ENTRIX, and Senior Project Manager at HDR Engineering, where Laidlaw provided technical support and client liaison services related to water supply development and regulatory issues. Earlier experience includes a position as Water Use Regulation Manager at Southwest Florida Water Management District and Mine Geologist at Agrico Mining.
