Teresa Watkins

Teresa Watkins is a seasoned professional in landscape design and environmental consulting, currently serving as the owner and operator of Art in Bloom Garden Tours since November 2024. In addition, Teresa hosts the syndicated Better Lawns and Gardens Radio Show for iHeartMedia and has been involved in sustainable horticulture through various roles since 2009, including work as a landscape designer and consultant with Sustainable Horticultural Environments. Teresa has also contributed to environmental education as a Florida Water Star Certifier with SJRWMD and has served as a fellow and past Vice President of the UF/IFAS Natural Resource Leadership Institute Alumni Association. A prominent media personality on gardening, Teresa has hosted the "In Your Backyard" Gardening Radio Show since 1996 and has been involved with several organizations promoting sustainable landscapes. Teresa’s commitment to the landscape profession is evidenced by participation in multiple professional groups and educational initiatives.
